MAID OF HONOR

Elshaddai and Celeste attended the University of Southern California (USC) together, and have been inseparable ever since. Some of their favorite adventures have taken place in France, Ethiopia, and the Dominican Republic. Their shared love for the Lord has been a valued glue and a pillar of their sisterhood. It's this core that has equipped each of them to strengthen, uplift, and encourage the other over the last 10 years. 

MATRON OF HONOR

Chloe and Celeste grew up in Southern California 1st Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ (COGIC), and have been friends for over 12 years. 80% of the time they spend together is filled with laughter, and their collaborative work relationship has only added to their bond. From photo/video shoots to live performances, to TV/Film debuts - Lux Hair and Chloe's gifted styling have been a part of it all. 

BRIDESMAID

Chelsi is not only Celeste’s older sister - but one of her greatest role models and inspirations. From singing, to playing basketball, to her heart for the Lord, Celeste has mirrored many of Chelsi’s endeavors and passions. As a result, their names are often interchanged, and at this point they have affectionately started answering to each other’s names! Celeste is excited to prayerfully mirror this next role as well - a Godly Wife.

BRIDESMAID

While Christine is Celeste’s sister-in-law, blood couldn’t make them any closer! Christine’s sweet spirit, creative mind, and hunger for Jesus have helped mold Celeste through the years. Over a decade of travel adventures, holidays, and major milestone moments have led them to this point. Celeste was one of Christine’s bridesmaids in 2021, so this is an extra special full circle moment - from Bridesmaid to BRIDE. Christine has been a key player through it all. 

BRIDESMAID

Mo and Celeste are a dynamic duo - onstage and off! They are yin & yang, cream & coffee, sweet & spicy! While they’ve only known each other since 2021 - they've been through the trenches, and experienced the mountain tops, together! Traveling and performing in countries like Costa Rica and Canada, amidst the shows all over the US, has brought with it so many special memories. Resultantly, they’ve become an integral part of each other lives. From career, to relationships, to spirituality, to dreams and ambitions - they hold space for each other, and for all that life brings.

BRIDESMAID

Celeste and Imani are cousins who initially bonded through their abundance of shared interests and passions. From sports to performing arts to reading and creative writing, the summers they spent together while growing up were never boring! That excitement for life, and the ambition to go after their dreams, has continued to be a glue in their cousinhood. Now they’re tackling the entertainment industry from each coast - LA & NY - and continuing to love and support each other through the journeys.

BRIDESMAID

Tiffani and Celeste lovingly refer to each other as “sister-cousins”, because although they are 1st cousins, their bond is one of sisterhood. From spending holidays together, taking birthday trips, and supporting each other’s musical endeavors - Tiffani has been there for so many major moments! Up next - marriage.

Jasmine is Marqell’s cousin who has quickly become family to Celeste as well. Her bubbly personality and vivaciousness make them two peas in a pod! Jasmine has been a part of the entire "MarLeste" love journey - from the first date recap to the post-engagement celebration dinners - Jasmine has been a constant source of support and encouragement.

FLOWER GIRL

Celeste will never forget holding her niece in her arms for the first time, the day she was born! Since then, she’s only fallen more and more in love with her. Alilah is wise-beyond-her-years, spunky, joyful, sweet & sassy; and it means the world to Celeste that she will be a part of such a special day.
